Valens Winery, located on Dealul Viilor in the picturesque Dragasani vineyard, is a family business dedicated to producing quality wines. Recently established, with construction completed in 2023, the winery spans 5 hectares of vineyards acquired in 2019. We carefully cultivate noble grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Tamaioasa Romaneasca, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot.

The story of Valens Winery is inspired by the natural beauty of the Dragasani region and a deep respect for winemaking tradition. Founded by a family passionate about viticulture, the winery combines ancient traditions with modern technologies to create wines with authentic and refined character. Each bottle is the result of meticulous work, from vineyard care to the winemaking and aging process, reflecting the region’s unique terroir.

You will discover refined aromas and complex bouquets in every glass of Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Tamaioasa Romaneasca, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rosé.

Four types of wine will be served, along with appetizers featuring high-quality cheeses.
