How does it work?

You choose the experiences you want, add them to the basket and choose the option to receive the electronic voucher (by email, received instantly for orders paid online with the card).

You complete the order, choose a personalized message to appear on the voucher within the limit of 250 characters (you can easily insert it in the dedicated section of the shopping cart) and pay safely and quickly using your card on the secure mobilPay platform or by bank transfer to account RO44BTRLRONCRT0536601701.

We recommend you to opt for online payment with the card, in this way you ensure that you receive the instant voucher by email.

The Experimentaza Vocuheres are sent in electronic format (by email).

The electronic voucher it is sent by email to the address registered in your customer account or entered when placing the order (if you choose to order without creating an account). It is free and the shipment is made instantly, within 5 minutes after completing the order, as long as you choose to pay online with the card. Remember that for orders where you choose to pay by bank transfer, the voucher will be issued after the payment is confirmed (usually 1-2 working days).

The Experimenteaza vouchers are non-nominal and do not contain the prices of the experiences for which they are issued, their identification being based strictly on the unique series displayed on them. More details are available here, on the FAQ page.

All vouchers are valid 12 months from the date of purchase of the experience, the period during which you can schedule and carry out the experience.

When you decide to use the experience all you have to do is contact us using the form available on the contact page by selecting the subject "Experience appointments". If it is easier for you, you can also contact by email at: contact@experimenteaza.ro

To schedule the experience, you will need to provide us with the following information: your first and last name, the voucher code (you can find it on the voucher you received at the bottom), 2 dates on which you want to schedule the experience and a phone number to be able to contact you. We recommend that the request comes at least 3 - 5 working days before the first desired date for the experience.

We take into account all your preferences, contact the suppliers and take care of the appointment for you. As a result, you don't have to do anything but just enjoy a memorable experience!
