“Private Author Bubbles” is a guided tasting in which Cava, Prosecco, and other sparkling wines are presented in an accessible yet thorough manner, emphasizing the differences between styles and production methods. Participants are introduced to the differences between Cava, produced using the traditional method, and Prosecco, made using the Charmat method, as well as the classification of sparkling wines based on residual sugar content (Brut Nature vs. Brut).
