Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. The acquisition of experience
  • In order to acquire the desired experience we recommend you to register on the site. Thus, it will be easy to place and follow the order. If it is more comfortable, you can opt for the order without an account;

  • Life as a Gift SRL, the operator of the site is a data operator registered with the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data and respects the private character and the security of the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals. Regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and by law bill 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of private life;
  • Acquiring an experience from site implies the acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
  • Experience prices include VAT.
  1. Voucher reception
  • The voucher will be received electronically, or physically (printed) by courier, depending on the mode of delivery selected;

  • Courier deliveries will be additionally charged.
  1. Voucher validity and return policy
  • Our vouchers have a limited validity, registered in the special conditions of each experience;

  • Appointents for the experience will be done by the Beneficiary with the request of the desired date and time;
  • The date and time will be confirmed, after we check for an avalable slot with the supplier;
  • If the requested date and time are not available, we will propose to the Beneficiary time alternatives;
  • If the beneficiary does not honor the reservation, without notifying Life as a Gift Srl representatives or their partners, at least 24 hours in advance, a penalty between 50% and 100% may be applied;
  • The beneficiary will have to provide the voucher code and his contact details.

  1. Change and return
  • We guarantee the return of the voucher within 30 days, except for the value of the postal charges (if the voucher was sent by courier);

  • The beneficiary may request the change of the initial experience with another experience presented on the site, receiving credit in the account or bank the difference of the amount, if the new purchase is in a lower price range, or paying the difference of the amount, if the new purchase is higher than the price;
  • Only one free change is possible, the following being charged with 50 RON / change;
  • In order to change the voucher, it is necessary to complete the return form, after authenticating on the site;
  • The new experience will have the same expiry date as the initial experience;
  • In case of loss of the voucher, the Beneficiary can download it again from his account, or he can request a new delivery by post / courier for a fee.
      6. Content
  • Our team makes ongoing efforts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
  • The images are presented on the site for informational purposes, and the experiences may differ from the images in any way, due to the modification of the characteristics, without prior notification by the suppliers. We will not be held responsible for the differences of images between the experience presented on the site and that offered by the supplier.
  • The images of the experiences and prices on the online store can be changed without any prior notification. The prices are valid only for orders received on our WebSite. Also, we do not guarantee that the access and use of the website is without interruptions or errors and we are not responsible for any situation that may arise due to software errors or technical faults that appeared on the server.
  • All offers are valid within the limit of the available stock and can be withdrawn or modified without any prior notification.

       7. Communication of news and promotions
  • When creating the account you have the option to offer your consent to receive communications containing news and promotions. This agreement can be updated at any time from your account section

  1. Programming the experience

    The programming of the experience will be done within the term of availability and within the limit of the availability of our partner. A scheduling request is required at least 2 months before the expiration of the expiring term, otherwise, the lack of availability will not extend the voucher expiry date over the period of 12 months, even if the reservation request was made within this 12 months , still only after the 10th month from the date of purchase.

    The payment of online experiences using a bank card makes it completely secure through the Mobilpay secure platform.
