Once you've landed back on the ground, you'll toast in grand style with a glass of prosecco and receive a certificate signed by the pilot and approved by Sir Richard. You will then be picked up from the landing site and taken back to base to complete your memorable experience.

• Virgin hot air balloon flight for two during the week
• Meet and greet, check-in and briefing with the pilot
• 60 minute flight in a Virgin balloon (10-16 people)

• Pick-up service back to take-off point
• Minimum age: 7 years (under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult)
• Minimum height: 4ft 6in
• Maximum weight: 18 kilograms (anyone over 20 kilograms will have to pay a supplement, this may also apply to people over 18 kilograms and less than 6ft 6in tall)
• Passengers must be physically able to climb into the basket using the leg holes provided, stand unassisted for 1 hour and adopt the seated landing position.
• Please note: you will be part of a small group of 10 to 16 passengers
• People who are pregnant or have recently undergone major surgery cannot fly
• Spectators are welcome to watch the preparation and take-off, but we do not recommend that they watch the balloon en route for safety reasons. Please note that most launch sites do not have toilets or other facilities
• The content of the experience, equipment used and restrictions may vary by location
• This experience is available Monday through Friday from March through October, with some regional variations. Please note that in October, scheduling begins the following March. All reservations are subject to suitable weather conditions.
• We recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks in advance to ensure dates are available. All reservations are subject to availability.
• Please allow approximately 3 to 4 hours for the entire experience. The balloon flight itself will take approximately 60 minutes, depending on the weather conditions on the day. The actual flight time varies depending on the time of year.
• Our contracted partners have liability insurance. We also have a public liability insurance for contingencies. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment unless the damage was caused as a result of recklessness or willful negligence.
