On arrival, you will be met and briefed by your pilot. If you wish, you can even witness the inflation of the balloon before boarding the basket and taking off.

Be sure to take your cameras with you, because no matter where you decide to take off in the balloon, there are sure to be some great views for some sensational photos.

After you land, celebrate the experience in grand style with a glass of prosecco! You will also receive a certificate signed by the pilot and approved by Sir Richard! You will then be picked up from the landing site and taken back to base.

Experience details:

• Location: over 100 UK locations to choose from
• The whole experience lasts 3 to 4 hours. The balloon flight itself will take approximately 60 minutes depending on the weather conditions on the day
• Minimum age: 7 years old (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who also holds a voucher)
• Minimum height: 1,40 m
• Maximum weight: 114 kg (any person exceeding this weight will have to pay an additional fee at the location. This may also apply to persons less than 1.40 m tall)
• Passengers must be physically able to climb into the basket using the special footrests, to stand unassisted for 1 hour and to adopt the landing position in a horizontal plane.
• The experience is done in a group of 10 to 16 people
• People who are pregnant or who have recently undergone major surgery are not eligible for the experience
• Accompanists are welcome to follow the preparation and take-off, but we do not recommend that they follow the balloon on the way for safety reasons. Please note that most take-off sites do not have toilets or other facilities
• Route, equipment and restrictions may vary depending on the take-off location
• This experience is available Monday through Friday, mornings only, March through October, with some regional variations
• All schedules are subject to appropriate weather conditions. Meeting times vary depending on time of year, sunrise time
• Our contracted partners have liability insurance. We also hold public liability insurance for unforeseen situations
• You will not be liable for accidental damage to the equipment, unless the damage was caused as a result of recklessness or willful negligence
