White Collar Boxing Bucharest is the first hall in Romania created on the concept of "white collar boxing", very successful in the West, especially in the UK and the United States. The concept is based on a very simple strategy.
Boxing courses are aimed at people who want to practice boxing in a civilized environment. An environment that allows them not to go to the office the next day with swollen eyes. The trainings take place under the leadership of the certified coach, Robert Cristea. Former professional boxer, Robert has three titles of national amateur champion. Category for which he fought until 2003, when he switched to professionals.
The trainings last an hour and a half and are structured respecting the schedule of those made by a professional boxer. The effort also depends on the initial resistance of the client, who can lose between 1,000 and 1,700 kilocalories per session. So, the only difference between "Rocky" and White Collar is that boxers are managers, doctors, lawyers, businessmen who come after work to relieve stress and recharge their energy.
The room is equipped with everything you need to perform. training (punching bags, ring, fixed pillows), locker rooms, showers. The ring is located in the center, with mirrors covering an entire wall and punching bags that move vigorously after each shot.
