Regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and by law bill 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of private life;
• Acquiring an experience from Experimenteaza.ro site implies the acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
• Experience prices include VAT.
• The Beneficiary (hereinafter referred to as the Beneficiary) is the person who will use a gift card and be able to schedule the voucher related to an experience on the experimenteaza.ro website;
• The buyer (hereinafter referred to as the buyer) is the person who buys a gift card or a voucher for an experience on the experimenteaza.ro website. The Buyer can always be the Beneficiary;

• The voucher will be received in electronic format (PDF), which you can select in the shopping cart;

• Our vouchers have a limited validity, registered in the special conditions of each experience;
• We recommend that the request comes at least 3 - 5 working days before the first desired date for performing the experience.
• Experience scheduling will be done by the Beneficiary with the request of the desired date and time;
• The date and time will be confirmed, after we check for an avalable slot with the supplier in maximum two working days after receiving the request;
• If the requested date and time are not available, we will propose to the Beneficiary time alternatives;
• If the beneficiary does not honor the reservation, without notifying Life as a Gift Srl representatives or their partners, at least 24 working hours in advance, a penalty between 50% and 100% may be applied;
• The beneficiary will have to provide the voucher code and his contact details.
• The programming of the vouchers for experiences may incur additional costs, which are solely borne by the beneficiary (e.g., delivery of caricatures, newspapers, coins, etc.).
• The programming of the experience will be done within the term of availability and within the limit of the availability of our partner. A scheduling request is required at least 2 months before the expiration of the expiring term, otherwise, the lack of availability will not extend the voucher expiry date over the period of 12 months, even if the reservation request was made within this 12 months , still only after the 10th month from the date of purchase;
• A reservation for Experience scheduling can be changed at the Beneficiary's request a maximum of 2 times, if it is announced at least 24 working hours in advance.
• Any changes made to the vouchers (e.g. images, colours, texts, etc.) will result in their cancellation and the impossibility of scheduling them.
• The voucher expires 12 months after the date of issue. The beneficiary must use the voucher before this date. If the beneficiary is unable to use the voucher during its period of validity, it may be extended once for an additional 3 months. The request for extension of the voucher must be made during its period of validity. An administrative fee of 75 lei is charged for this extension.

• We guarantee the return of the voucher within 30 days, except for the value of the shipping charges (if the voucher was sent by courier);
• The request to return the value of the experience can be made only by the buyer based on the written request sent by email to our contact address: contact@experimenteaza.ro;
• The beneficiary may request the change of the initial experience with another experience presented on the site, receiving credit in the form of a discount code valid on the site, a discount code that has the validity and value of the initial experience that will be changed. This code can be used on the site to acquire a new experience. The change can be requested within 3 months of purchase;
• Only one free change is possible, the following being charged with 50 RON / change;
• In order to change the voucher, it is necessary to complete the form in the contact page, with you voucher code and you contact details;
• In case of loss of the voucher, the Beneficiary can download it again from his account, or he can request a new delivery by post / courier for a fee.
• In the case of gift cards, the refund can only be made to the Buyer. If the Beneficiary has used a gift card to purchase an experience and no longer wants this experience, the refund will be made by reactivating the gift card used to purchase the experience or, if this is not possible, by receiving credit in the form of a discount code valid on the site, which discount code has the validity of the original gift card and the value of the experience purchased.
• Enjoy loyalty! Gift vouchers can be returned within the first 30 days, and your money will be refunded quickly and securely. After this period, but up to 90 days from the date of issue, you can choose to replace the experience with another one from our selection, so that you can always enjoy the most exciting adventures. After 90 days, and if for unforeseen reasons the chosen experience is no longer available, don't worry! The images of the experiences and prices on the online store www.experimenteaza.ro can be changed without any prior notification. The prices are valid only for orders received on our WebSite. Also, we do not guarantee that the access and use of the website www.experimenteaza.ro is without interruptions or errors and we are not responsible for any situation that may arise due to software errors or technical faults that appeared on the server.

All offers are valid within the limit of the available stock and can be withdrawn or modified without any prior notification.

The responsibility for the content of the readers opinions present on the website www.experimenteaza.ro rests entirely with their authors. The validity of a gift card can be extended only once by 3 months by paying an additional fee of 150 lei. Gift cards cannot be combined with each other, they can only be used individually.

Cards can also be used in the shopping cart to purchase experiences worth less than their value. In this case, the difference in amount can be used later for another purchase. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

In the case of gift cards, the refund can only be made to the Buyer. • The voucher associated with a Gift Box entitles you to a different service depending on each partner, as specified on the corresponding page available on the website www.experimenteaza.ro. The value of the service may differ from the sale price of the Gift Box (physical or electronic). The service provided on the voucher associated with a Gift Box does not include transportation to the place where the service is provided.
• The types of services offered by our partners and listed in the Gift Box may vary during the period of validity, without this implying any legal responsibility on the part of Life as a Gift SRL.
• Life as a Gift SRL undertakes to offer replacement services proportional to those that can no longer be provided. The beneficiary is invited to visit the website www.experimenteaza.ro associated with the Gift Box they own to consult the latest update of available services and experiences and to check the list of errata.
• Before enjoying the experience selected from the Gift Box purchased, it is recommended to visit the website www.experimenteaza.ro/revendica-cutiecadou to check the validity of the voucher inside the Gift Box and to check the available experiences. You should always keep proof of purchase, especially if you have not yet redeemed the voucher. The reservation will be made in writing, by email, through the Life as a Gift SRL platform, through the customer service department.
• The provision of the service is subject to the specific conditions of the selected partner, such as cancellation or modification conditions, physical condition, general health, and factors such as the absence of chronic diseases, age, etc. For stays and accommodation in hotels and guesthouses, the beneficiary may modify or cancel the reservation without penalty if the request is made at least 10 days before the scheduled date of accommodation. If this deadline is exceeded, no changes or cancellations can be made, and no refunds will be possible. Please note that Life as a Gift SRL's mission is to act as an intermediary between the beneficiary and the partner, and under no circumstances does Life as a Gift SRL purchase the service provided by the partner.
• The partner is solely responsible for providing the selected service. Apart from the contracted tourist services, responsibility can be attributed to Life as a Gift SRL only within the limits and conditions established by law. Life as a Gift SRL assumes no responsibility in the event that the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributed to the beneficiary, the partner, a third party, or a case of force majeure.
• The photographs and editorial content of the Gift Box (physical or electronic) are not subject to the contract and may vary or be changed without prior notice. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
• The Gift Box (physical or electronic) can be replaced free of charge during the validity period with a new Gift Box (physical or electronic) on the website www.experimenteaza.ro, taking into account the initial purchase price.
• The beneficiary is not entitled to exchange the Gift Box or receive any compensation of any kind after the expiry date of the Gift Box or in the event of loss, theft, or destruction during the validity period.
• The beneficiary declares on his own responsibility that he is at least 18 years of age if he selects services that include the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Additional costs (e.g., resort fees or similar) are not included in the price of the Gift Box.
• Refunds for Gift Boxes (physical or electronic) purchased online on the www.experimenteaza.ro platform can only be made following a written request sent by email, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, by the purchaser (the person who made the purchase) and sent from the email address used to place the order.

• Life as a Gift acts as an intermediary for the service provider. The service provider has guaranteed that it fulfills all the conditions required by law for the performance of its activity and that it has obtained all the certifications and approvals required by law for the activity promoted on the experimenteaza.ro website. Life as a Gift has no liability to the client / final beneficiary regarding the services provided by the service provider.
