Lake Colibita is an artificial lake in the Calimani Mountains, located in Bistrita Nasaud. The lake stretches over a distance of 5 kilometers and is also called the Mountain Sea.

In the Colibita area, the ozone concentration is 90 micrograms/m3. These levels are apparently only found in the Alps. The area is very popular with tourists for the clean air it offers.
