It all starts in the vineyard, where the variety, climate, and soil have a decisive influence on the final aroma. The grapes are harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness, then crushed to release the must, which becomes the basis of the entire process. From here, each stage-from fermentation to maturation-contributes to the formation of the wine's character, whether it is white, red, or rosé.

Wine production involves controlled fermentation, in which yeasts transform natural sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. After fermentation, the wine can be aged in stainless steel tanks for freshness or in oak barrels for complexity and deeper aromatic notes. Filtering, stabilisation and bottling complete the process, each step being essential to the quality of the final product. Essentially, wine is an expression of nature, but also of the winemaker's skill, which shapes its taste and identity.

An activity through which you will discover, in a relaxed and enjoyable way, how wine is made. Visit the vineyard and the cellar, learn directly from the oenologist, and taste special wines.
