What you should know

-Flights usually take place early in the morning at sunrise or in the evening before sunset, when flying conditions are best. 

-This experience is highly dependent on weather conditions. For this reason, the final flight schedule is usually set 1–2 days in advance to avoid unnecessary travel and to ensure that passengers do not come for nothing. 

-We always want the experience to take place under the best and safest conditions possible.

-The balloon’s maximum capacity is 4 passengers.

-The Standard option means that the flight is not private, so there may be up to 2 other passengers in the balloon.

-Participants agree that, in aviation, safety always comes first. For this reason, if the weather is unsuitable or any other factor arises that could affect flight safety, the experience may be postponed or even canceled, including on-site, if the situation requires it. 

-Comfortable, season-appropriate clothing is recommended, as well as athletic or casual footwear.
