What equipment is required to participate in swimming lessons?

• Swimsuit/slip: A swimsuit is the most important item of clothing for swimming lessons. You should choose a swimsuit that fits well, doesn't restrict movement and doesn't sag or slip
• Swimming helmet: A swimming helmet is a must, especially if you have long hair
• Swimming goggles: Swimming goggles are another essential accessory as they help you see clearly underwater and protect your eyes from irritation and infection
