Holiday vouchers

1. Choose the experiences on the site and a night of accommodation in any hotel in Romania

You choose the experience or experiences you want from our site without buying them. Along with these, you choose a hotel and the locality in Romania where you want accommodation. You can choose the hotel using any resources you want, it does not have to be present on experimenteaza.ro.

If you are not sure about the hotel, you can choose a favorite classification for it (between 1 and 5 stars).

2. Request a quote for the hotel

Send us an email to contact@experimenteaza.roin which you specify the desired experience on our website together with the chosen hotel and the locality in Romania where you want accommodation.

If you have not decided on a hotel, you can send us your favorite classification for it (between 1 and 5 stars) and we will propose one for you.

3. We send you the quotation for the hotel

We send you the quotation for accommodation (based on your options) and we are waiting for your confirmation for the hotel. To this quotation is added the cost of the chosen experience on our site.

Insofar as you only sent us the classification for the hotel, you will find in the offer some options from which you can choose.

4. You pay with holiday vouchers

The invoicing and collection of holiday tickets for the hotel and the chosen experience will be done by our partner from Bucharest.

You can choose to go in person and pay with holiday tickets at its headquarters. However, if it is more convenient for you, we can send a courier to you to pick them up from any location in Romania for an additional cost of 50 lei.

5. You receive vouchers for accommodation and experience

Depending on the payment method chosen in step 4 for payment with holiday tickets, you will receive vouchers for experience and accommodation on the spot at our partner's headquarters in Bucharest or by express courier directly to your home.
