The experience starts by creating an espresso so you can retain its flavours and aromas. Then you'll learn to play with the milk cream, and finally you'll blend the two to your personal taste. At the end, you can try to put yourself in the shoes of a barista and serve coffee to some customers.

Latte Art

Brew

This experience has a higher level of difficulty. You will learn to brew simple coffee, without milk, in a completely different way. You'll learn pouring, pressing, coffee grammage, water temperature and other factors that influence taste. Some of the tricks are: V60 , aeropres, melita, french press, chemex and many others.

Cocktail and flair

Do you like good cocktails but don't know how to make them yourself? We come to your rescue with an experience that will make you an ace at making cocktails. You'll learn easy preparation methods, with recipes, and as a bonus, the on-site bartender will teach you some flair (handling bar tools and liquor bottles in complicated and amazing ways).
