-Each child under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for the child they bring

-Bringing food or drinks into the area where the dog activity takes place is prohibited

-Other dogs are not allowed in the activity area to ensure the safety of the dogs, clients, and staff

-Staff members will provide guidance on how to safely reward the dogs, but clients who choose to do so assume full responsibility. Offering any rewards other than those provided by the venue’s team is prohibited

-Our partners assume no responsibility for any inconvenience or discomfort caused during sessions (allergies, scratches, falls, etc.)

-Our partners reserve the right to refuse entry or to end a session early to ensure the safety of the dogs, staff, and/or other clients

-Customers who are late may enter as long as they arrive within the originally allocated time slot, but are not guaranteed additional time to compensate for the delay. If there are available slots in other time slots, customers may wait and enter then, only with the consent of a member of the on-site team

-Our partners reserve the right to reschedule a reservation canceled due to inclement weather and/or any other unforeseen circumstances

-It is prohibited to engage in actions that may be interpreted by the dogs as aggressive—loud shouting, hitting, etc.
