Each jump is an exercise in presence that teaches you something about the strength, mobility, and agility you have or can develop, as well as about trusting your body. Even if it seems risky, parkour is actually a sport that prepares you mentally and physically for many accidental situations, because you learn to land, develop reflexes, proprioception, and a state of presence towards yourself and your surroundings that few people have. • Minimum age: 10 years old

• Schedule: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

• Duration: one and a half hours/session
