1 day sailing course

If you want to get acquainted with the idea of sailing and the basic manoeuvres, you can opt for the one-day course, designed for beginners and held on the Black Sea. On this day, you will be taught specialised courses.

2 days sailing course

If you want to learn even more about sailing, you can opt for the 2-day course. After the 2 day intensive, in which you will learn the theory, which you will put into practice directly on the boat, you will receive a sailing licence. For the 2-day course, the return to shore for lunch will be around 15:00. After lunch you will go out to sea again, until after dark, to discover the Black Sea at night. Every winter there is another theory day to which all the participants of that year's sailing are invited. What happens after dark? You can choose to stay overnight in the Limanu - Mangalia area or you can stay on the sailboat overnight. The practical course is on a 2004 Bavaria 38 cruiser with 3 double cabins plus saloon.

*Departure for both courses is from Limanu-Mangalia marina, around 10:00. 

What is very interesting about these courses is that EVERYTHING IS PRACTICAL! The whole sailing course is practical and takes place on boats, and for the exam it is the same. From the first hour you will get on the boat together with the instructor and every command and manoeuvre will be explained through practice in real traffic situations.

Romantic dinner on the sailboat

If you want to surprise your partner, you can choose a unique romantic dinner at sunset, just the two of you, the sea and a champagne. On a sailboat you can live an unforgettable experience! You just have to let yourself go, both literally and figuratively. The price of a romantic dinner on a sailing boat does not include food. This can be ordered at the Life Harbour marina restaurant in Limanu.

The romantic dinner will take place over 4 hours, plus overnight accommodation for just the two of you on the sailboat in the marina until 9:00. In the morning you will be able to admire the sunrise, continuing on the same bohemian and romantic note.
