Are you a French pastry enthusiast who loves refined desserts? Now you have the opportunity to attend our French pastry workshop! Because passion transcends another dimension when it is transmitted to others, the pastry chef, Nicoleta Bădescu, opened the doors of her own laboratory to all lovers of fine desserts. Thus, if you know someone who wants to learn how to create a special dessert with their own hands, you can give them as a gift the participation in these courses of macarons, eclairs and chocolate.

Each participant will make their own macarons (or other products depending on the theme) with the ingredients provided, according to the traditional French recipe. All participants will spend a pleasant and relaxing day and will go home with their own "production". The workshop takes place under the careful guidance of the French pastry chef, guaranteeing the success of all participants.

After an initial training as an engineer at the Polytechnic in Bucharest, Nicoleta Bădescu graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris, pursuing a career in luxury multinationals, at executive level: 5 years at L’Oréal and 10 at Louis Vuitton. She speaks with delight about her work experience, in which she learned what detail, refinement and precision mean. Out of passion she followed a specific training in French pastry, "Ecole de boulangerie et patisserie de Paris", after which he obtained his diploma in French pastry. She has been trained in this field in various prestigious locations (including Chef patisserie Gilles Bajolle at the famous Parisian restaurant Taillevent and La Maison du Chocolat). In 2016, together with her French husband, she created a craft business in Bucharest, Kiosque des Douceurs, a macarons and chocolate store with exceptional products, refined and of the highest quality.

The recipe developed by the master pastry chef contains 20% less sugar so that the sweets do not overwhelm the finesse of the fruity flavors. Although this recipe is much more complicated because sugar contributes to the rigidity of the biscuit, Nicoleta believes in a healthier future. That's why she uses butter and cream only from France, and fresh fruits from Romania. The ingredients are raw, the almonds are ground in their own laboratory, the fruits have no preservatives, no premixes or other already flavored mixtures are used. Only cocoa butter is added to the chocolate, and no other vegetable or hydrogenated fats are used.
