1. Buy the desired experiences
You choose the desired experiences, add them to the basket and choose how you want to receive the voucher: electronic (by email) or physical (printed). Complete the order, choose a personalized message that will appear on the voucher (you can easily insert it in the dedicated section of the shopping cart) and pay safely and quickly using your card on the secure mobilePay platform.
2. You will receive the voucher by email or courier
Depending on your option we send you the voucher in electronic or physical format (printed).
The electronic voucher is sent by email to the address registered in your client account or entered when placing the order (in case you choose to order without creating an account). It is free and the shipment is made quickly, after the completion of the order.
The physical voucher (printed) is sent by courier (Fan Courier) and costs 50 Ron.
3. Inform us when you want to perform the experience
All vouchers are valid 12 months from the date of purchase of the experience, the period during which you can schedule and carry out the experience.
When you decide to use the experience all you have to do is contact us using the form available on the contact page by selecting the subject "Experience appointments". If it is easier for you, you can also contact us using our Facebook page or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will need to provide us with the following information in the "Message" field: your first and last name, the voucher code (you can find it on the printed or electronic voucher) and a phone number in order to contact you.
4. We take care of scheduling the experience
We take into account all your preferences, contact the suppliers and take care of the appointment for you. As a result, you don't have to do anything but just enjoy a memorable experience!
